We arrived in Foz do Iguaçu! We spent the day getting to know the neighborhood and in the evening we had dinner at the 3 borders ( Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina). We also got to see a dance performance typical of each country!

May 12-13

We had an eventful weekend! Saturday we toured the neighborhood that we will call home for the next 2 weeks, Villa Madelena. We visited an outdoor market (feira) with South American antiques and Brazilian street food. We saw some amazing street art and visited the Museu do Futebol (Soccer Museum). Sunday we toured Avenida Paulista and had our first Sustainable Energy course!
